Alice Cooper and the Hollywood Vampires get into Boogieman
Dave Grohl was both the trick and treat on the Halloween edition of the Jimmy Kimmel Show. The Foo Fighter came out spoofing as David Letterman before joining Alice Cooper and his band on Ballad of Dwight Fry and a medley.
Alice Cooper and Deep Purple will share headline status on the current tour that also includes Edgar Winter. Here are a couple of takes from opening night at the Chelsea, the concert hall housed inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
Alice Cooper was joined for his encore at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville Sunday (5/14) by Michael Bruce (guitar), Neal Smith (drums) and Dennis Dunaway (bass). Those three, Alice and Glenn Buxton, who died of pneumonia in 1997, made up the original lineup that cranked out 7 albums and did countless tour dates from the 60's up until 1975. They still sound fantastic together. Alice brought his current band members back for an all-in version of Schools' Out.
